16x3x9 garage grow becoming a reality

Think I'm gonna run mag ballast found a decent one that will get the job done for the next 8 to 9 months if not longer heard they last a bit got the ipower going back today see how this goes
 
So gonna be ordering seeds soon (real soon) any experience with gorrila seeds ,seedsman spending 100 don't want it to go to nothing
 
Thx have a list for both each about a 100 about the same amount of seeds and freebies for both so just trying where the majority go to
 
Sending cash to seedsman or use a card conected to ur address? Have the order number ready and everything but trying to decide how to pay leaning towards cash
 
Seed order in, supplies just about all here should have everything besides seeds by the 2nd hoping seeds are here within a couple weeks

You cant go wrong with a mag ballast. I used a 1000w HPS given to me by my friends dad he used 1991, i aquired it in 2004 and used it for my aquarium for a couple years and then my grow for a couple years, just raw ballast with the ignitor and capacitor all sitting loose on a double stacked tile with a little fan blowing on it. ended up selling it off to the next guy online. I don't think those things can break LOL
 
Getting more stuff everyday almost have everything tho 6" I power carbon filter unboxing was quite impressive feels sturdy see how it flows tomorrow got the hortilux put up safe now just need the new mag ballast and the hood mailed out to seedsman today so fingers crossed and I see um soon got some work to do on the closet in the mean time

I hope you sprung for the tracking/registered mail with a cash payment sent. I was stoked about the money I saved on the site by paying cash....until I found out its was almost $30 to mail a 2 oz package to Spain Registered Mail. :shock:

That's a weird hodgepodge of different dimension spaces and light set ups. Any reason you can't just do one flowering space or maybe two matching ones on opposing light schedules if the power is an issue?

Need two flower areas cause I want to get male plants and do some mixing while still having a flower area going and figured that space didnt need to be as big as the first flower room. built in floor to ceiling cabinets to get max height also wanted a dedicated space for drying and vegging of course


When I paid it was like 9 something however now concerned,cause you aren't supposed to send currency

Digital ballasts produce about 30% more light than mag ballasts.

That makes sense. You'll have to use the charcoal filter for the breeding space. You'll also have to set it up with decontamination in mind. The best, and really only, way to fully clean your seeding space of pollan is by spraying with water. Plain water will do. It doesn't just rinse it away but makes it unviable . You don't need bleach or anything. You will need to maintain negative air pressure with your exhaust while spraying to keep any pollan from escaping before it gets wet. You'll also need to use a light fixture that you can hose down and be sure is dried off completely before plugging back in (of course unplug before spraying). The best option for this, I think, is an hps in a batwing or a very well sealed current generation air cooled hood. The space itself will also need to be set up to allow control of all water, in and out, without letting any pollan escape. If this space is going to be on top of another space with powered equipment you'll want to find a way to water proof it to prevent water from escaping from one space to the other.
 
Well found a company so far hassle free getting 3 Delhi cheese auto 1 pineapple express auto 3 cheese fem 3 big bud fem 3 blue power if I get um ill let you know who from don't want to jinx it before they get here lol
 
My weekends coming up Tuesday hope to have my closet squared away before trick or treating and then just patiently wait for the seeds
