17 Day old plant turning yellow lower leaves!

sorry to be a pain but im worried about my plant , its leaves are soo droopy! only the top ones the bottom ones are fine. temps are low now (70f). 2 of my 4 plants are really really droopy , the light is about 1.5 foot away (450W MH) temps ontop of the plants leaves are 72f , res temp 68f PH 5.9 PPM 690. Humidity 60%.

This could be your issue... The light could be to strong for your new baby's... Try raising the light or investing in a T-5... Seedlings like cooler temps... Drop them down a bit and see what happens...

I dont have T-5's

how many feet away should the light be?
