K2000 indoor was 24 inches away moved it lower 2 days ago to 16 inches 51% ish rh about 75-85 degrees all the time. 7 gal fabric ocean forest soil added a scoop of Dr Earth all purpose and extra perlite to mix.

What’s your temps, light distance , light type humidity do you have good air exchange how often you watering how much you watering. Slow growth is usually a factor of one of those things being off or several being off more info would be helpful

I mean sure if you want to measure light in a way that is irrelevant to the way plants perceive the light sure that's a great meter to do that with.
Instead, try something that's designed for the purpose you're using it for, such as this meter.

If you're talking about 'dialing in' specifics using proper instruments is important. Otherwise you're still just guessing, but now you're 40$ poorer.

I put those meters in the same category as those 3 in 1 soil parameter meters. Waste of money, and will likely mix you up more with improper data.
Again, if you want to start getting technical, get the proper gear. If I wanted to look at the biology in my compost tea I wouldn't just stack 4 binoculars on-top of each other then look through expecting to see what I'd see under an electron microscope.
If it was a photoperiod i would keep going and try to fix it, but since it's an autoflower there's no point in keeping it any longer. It will start flowering soon and maybe you'd get 1 gram from it, and that's a big IF. Not only it's stunted and small, but there are also yellow leaves already indicating that a lot of things are wrong. Just start a new seed and do something differently. A simple light soil like Biobizz Light Mix will have enough food to feed an autoflower for 2-3 weeks without problems.
I'm not familiar with Ocean Forest personally, but i read somewhere that it's too hot for autoflowers? And you also added a scoop of extra nutrients. They really don't need that much in the first few weeks.

Par meters are expensive. My lux meter gives me a solid grasp on the intensity of the light I am blasting my plants with.
