18 inch indica with about 6 to 8 nods

Hi i am new to rollitup.org and new to the marijuana growing game. I have a 18 inch tall indica with about 8 nods. Its been a month in growth. It has stopped growing and i think its time to flower and make buds. I started the 12/12 cycle like a week ago and i have decided to do the 12/12 when it stopped growing after its 8th node. Now im tryin to see im confused it hasnt shown its sex yet so im trying to see when it will budding after it showed its sex or... please let me know

has she started to alternate nodes? that is what i look for... that sign of maturity
it may take a week or 2 to show sex
when she starts to really show then start counting the weeks (unless its male of course)

well i mean it has alternate nodes. Well on the main stock it has 8 and all the alternate nodes it has like 10 so like about 15 or more 20 nods or more in all. So i mean after it shows its sex i mean it will start budding or i mean whats up. pics coming soon
