1kHPS wouldn't fire this morning. Ballast or bulb question.

When I turn on the HPS the ballast feels like its working, the on light comes on and I can feel it buzzing. But it doesnt get warm. And there is no activity whatso ever with the bulb, it quit working completely. Is this a ballast issue or bulb?

well if you can tell the ballast is booting up but no light is coming out of the bulb my first guess would be to get a new bulb. Replace the bulb and report back.
