1lb in 3 months for one plant?

So this guy that sells weed that I know is always puttin drops on his weed and when you call him on it because it starts crackleing (as dropped weed does) he claims that the guy he got it from "stresses the plant out by making it grow 2 lbs per plant".

Now, he's making the claim that he knows a guy that yields 1 lb from a single plant in dirt in 3 months. I called him out on it cause I think thats unreal but I wanted to hear from some more experienced people. What do you guys think?

I dont put any drops on it...

I have seen a plant with over 16 heads on it outdoors in the ground, that yielded a pound. but im sure that took my man 6-9 months to get that baby started and ready.
