Good read, thats what I would have done.

maybe your plants have got a tapeworm, or something, i never go above about 400ppm in bubblers the ammount of feed you are giving them is plenty, if you have a defficiency it will be due to some kind of lockout, caused by too much of one or more chemicals, there is no point throwing more chemicals onto a plant with an existing imbalance, you may only make things worse, looking at your pics, if the problem continues i would expect the leaves to start showing an interveinal chlorosis, ph can cause lock outs as well. I would change the nutes, to a weaker strength, say an ec of about 0.750. at 1200ppm you have an ec of something like 2.4 your plants cant be starving due to too little feed, so it must be some other cause.
