1st Grow 400W MH/HPS Ebb & Flow

Here are some updated photos from tonight.

Day 10 of Flower:::

Plants are drinking half the resovoir per day it seems. Im raising the light every day almost. Sunday I get to add Bud XL and then the following week Shooting Powder.

Im so surprised I cant see sexes yet. I guess Im just over anxious to get the males out!!

Oh well, let me know what you think guys!!

hows the temp and humidity in there, always curious about that

just checked on my girls and they have some white pistoles and its been 10 days so if you are not seeing pods(seeds) forming then i would think in the next couple of days you will get some signs

looooooooooooooooook reallllllllllllllllllllllly close at the new nobe sites there should be two tiny little leaves, if i remeber right these two tiny leaves will start to have a white outline another sign of female right before you start seeing the pistols. I noticed it yesterday and today i see them so thats what i concluded from it

i would still lower those lights on the sprounts unless you see some tips burn then your good closer the light to the top of the plants is always better just cant come with a negative like burn or stress so watch your fan leaves to

and from what i read you dont give the girls budxl until week 4,

Hulk. What's up buddy? The temp is 69 and humidity is 40. I think those little leaves just formed in the node. Hopefully when I go over there tonight I'll see some white hairs. Otherwise, the gun will be cocked. Lol. Yep, your right about the bud xl. Just read the chart. Thx buddy. I did lower the light down to about 12" off the sprouts last night after the pics. Widow is going great. Kush is doing well also. God Bud is lagging but I have faith.

I'll let you know if I see those hairs tonight. I'm praying!!

when I flush I'm assuming I should just clean out the resovoir and use tap water for the last week or so?

hmm temps should be up a little but i guess it will just turn them a little purp not a bad thing, humidity is good

nice on lowering the light i would wait a day or two and do it agian try for 10 inchs or 8 see how they respond, every day they grow a little so that will help with the distance between the light

On my plant i started them at 2ft away from 800wats 8 days later there 10 inchs away with no heat problems, after two days the plant will grow another inch or two and the light will be at the same level until i see heat stress or burn from the light i will leave it until i see some signs of heatburn or if the plant hits the glass then i will raise the light, dont have to much hieght to work with.

Yep clean out the res but no tap unless its 0 ppm and ph'd. I would just go get some Distilled water and ph it, maybe some clearx or they have other things you can add for the final flush. I just go with ro water phd 5.5 and some clearx if i have it.

ck, Whats all the details about your grow? Strains, Lighting, Soil Type, Nutrients??

hey man i have been reading your progress, very nice. was wondering where you got you grow tent from. what website? and also need some help on cooling my babies down, need to get a fan system of some kind. i have a 600w mh, and 600hps. With a hydro drip system with 4 ladies in it. In a space about 4x4, temp is around 82 all the time. Need help

Thanks alot. You could get the tents from hydrofarm. I got my two tents locally in my area.

82 isnt bad. I think between 70 and 80 is great. Just as Hulk Nugs mentioned, at the lower temps your plants may show more color. More purple. Are your lights air cooled?

So now I have 11 plants and one is female so far. I'll be happy with 6 out of 12. Just ordered 10 femonized pineapple express and 10 femonized northern lights from attitude. After the current widow, kush and god bud is finished, I'm gonna grow 20 next round. 10 in each tent.
