1st Grow. 600W, Coco, 3x3 tent, Nirvana NL, WW and a Headband Clone. 16 days 12/12

How bro,how are they coming along ..update?

Sorry for the lack of updates guys been really busy moving and shit....plants are looking good, buds are definitely fattening up. Especially on the NL

The top section of my leaves on all the plants ive noticed are light green even though the lower/newer sugar leaves are a nice lush green. Anyone know why? Im not worried too much since the buds are looking unaffected but just curious if anyone else has experienced this?

Oh and my White Widow sprouted like 5 bananas (or weed dicks as I like to call them) on one small, stringy nug! WTF! I plucked them all off so hopefully its the last of them but Im probably gonna have to be on the lookout daily. Luckily I havent had a fan going on them for the last week or 2.


But anyway heres some recent pics!

1st up the beautiful NL:


Shes definately gonna be my highest yielder from the looks of things...every bud spot has probably doubled in size the last week or 2!

Heres the Widow:

If you look at the top right of the 3rd pic and left of the 1st pic you can see the long stringy bud...thats the bastard that sprouted the dicks!


And the Headband:

Im gonna have to get some bamboo sticks or a screen because her stems are pretty weak and starting to tip over...even though her buds are probably the smallest of the bunch. Very frosty and stinky though so I think it will be a good smoke. She also is the one with the most yellow top leaves which may explain the smaller buds. That or she just has so many more branches than the other too that she doesnt have enough energy to make all of them fat .




BTW. Im just over 4 weeks in 12/12 now.

Excellent job man, plants are lookng very healthy! Pluck those nanners and check for any light leaks or stresses on her otherwise. Going to have some nice variety in no time mate, loving that Headband

Finally got my drip system setup...wish I would have done this from the beginning! Gonna make my life a lot easier





I have one 18g tub for my nutrients and the other is just to hold my tap water and let the airstone bubble out all the chlorine and shit!

Dont worry btw I dont let the girls sit in the water this was right after I fed them

She is now the frostiest of the group and the only one whose pistils are starting to change color. Those trichomes are gonna be fighting for space by the time she's done. Unfortunately the hermie nug sprouted a couple nanners that I missed and it looks like there are a few seeds developing. Luckily It looks like its only on that one spindly nug so keeping my fingers crossed its the only part that sprouts seeds.

Headband:

As you can see she could barely hold herself up...I didnt even realize how bad she was getting her lean on until I pulled her out of the tent. Also after looking at her outside of the tent im not sure if she or the NL is gonna be the biggest yielder.

Heres a couple group shots you can see how I used bamboo to support her. She seems much happier now lol.



And heres a sneak peak at the next grow . Germing them tonight, the timing should work out pretty well to be able to throw them in the tent after the current ladies finish up. Very excited for these 2 strains as I have had nothing but great experiences when smoking them...especially that Kosher Kush! And the Super Lemon Haze is an amazing sativa high.

Damn cant believe its been 3 weeks without an update! But then again it will be cool for you guys to see how much they have grown! Im a couple days past 8 weeks now and was planning to chop them but now im planning on giving them another week.
The White Widow looks pretty much done but I know the other 2 will need at least the extra week. What do you guys think?

And the beastly NL:
That main cola is just not slowing down! Its bigger than the pint jars I have so I bought some quart size ones but not sure if even that will be enough!
It also has started a few small branches from the top of the cola?? Ive never really seen or heard of this before how about you guys? Is this a bad thing?

Well I harvested a couple days ago...have them drying in the tent

I will get some good pics up when I get a chance but heres a teaser for now!

The NL main cola ended up being almost a foot and a half! I think I got a pretty good yield off 3 plants as well but I guess we shall see once it dries

Well my friends the tallies are in and my harvest ended up being just under a pound!
The headband was my highest yielder, followed by the Widow, and suprisingly last was the NL. The NL nugs didnt come out as dense, I think she needed another week or 2 to fully finish but I needed the tent space for drying so decided to harvest all at once at 65 days.

Sorry for the lack of pics of the headband...trimming took way longer than I thought so I was exhausted by the time I got to her.

Ended up with quite a bit more than I expected as it seems like the average for the 1st grow is about 2 oz's a plant. Very happy with this grow and am already about to start flowering my next girls so keep an eye out for the 2nd journal! Kosher Kush and Super Lemon Haze

Sorry been busy and wanted to get to the 3 week cure mark.

Headband:
Smell: Mix of that pleasant kush smell combined with the sour/fueliness of the Sour D in her.
Taste: Just like the smell, leaves a nice refreshing after taste I think comes from the kush mix.
High: Very good overall combination of mind and body high, lives up to the name by making your dome feel like you have a headband on haha.

White Widow:
Smell: Very hard to describe, has a sweet fruit smell but also a light coffee hint too, I know that may not sound too appealing but it is!
Taste: Sweet inhale with a smooth exhale
High: very heavy stone, If I smoke this after 8 or 9 I get pretty sleepy. But if I use it earlier in the day it is a good smoke for getting to that next level. The nugs glisten like a diamond from all the Trichs.

Northern Lights:
Smell: Like sweet mangos/fruit punch, pretty much exactly what I expected having plenty of NL before
Taste: Again like mangos/fruit punch but a very light and smooth smoke
High: Very clear headed and more like a Sativa. This is my smoke when I have shit to do lol.

He'll ya running almost same set up with the white widow as my first grow. 4×4 tent 600w 4 plants oh ya
