Bad PH or phosphorus def. When you say "around 7" that means you are not sure exactly what it is. You NEED a more acurate PH tester. The rest of your plant looks VERY green. Too much nitrogen for a flowering plant. Just as important as the AMOUNT of nutrients is having the proper PROPORTION of nutrients. IF your PH is ok which i dont think it is (7 is too high) then there is not enough phosporus available in proportion to the amount of nitrogen that is there.
Your plant is not dying. It's sick yes, but not terminally ill. You CAN get her back on track. 1st thing you must do is get an ACCURATE PH reading. It all starts there.

what ferts are u using? what kind of light? i need more info to diagnose what the problem is.
by the way 7.0 PH is too high. try and reduce it to around 6.7-6.8
anyway im week 5 flowering and my buds are about the same size. ur plant is doin good. i have a 100% sativa strain. flowering time is 13 weeks.

SO here is the situation.
advanced nutes, bloom 1 and 2, big bud, b-52, vodoo juice, carboload.
She gets very little nutes because she burns so easily. This all started last watering.
39X39X72 grow tent
400W HPS about 18 inches from plant.
She is in a 3gal bag, and the bottom is always very moist or wet. She had an overwatering issue when she was young so I would never saturate the soil to the point of it collecting in the bottom of the grow bag. This has happened very fast. I am not sure what to do. Should I flush it? Transplant it? Just add some ph lower?
That you have been watering lightly, and not having a significant outflow is a danger situation. Good chance you've had a build of salts over time. The level creeps up and up, then bang, you cross into nute lock/ph/salt hell.
My best guess is flush. This is a situation where those fancy meters that measure ppm in the soil would be nice. Collect opinions, and try to check the soil ph.

You say it is too green. Here is my other plant. She is doing very well. It is the 17th day of flowering but she is Dark Green. Is there something I should add to her nutes to get the proper color. I can give her max nutes and she just laughs at me. THe only sign is the dark green leaves. Is it normal growth for 17 days?

well i didn't mean to say that dark green was a problem, its just evidence used to find the culprit of the discoloring elsewhere. I totally agree with Growone. You've got to have some drainage out of the bottom of your bag. That could be the whole problem right there. You've probably got "hot spots" in the soil. Concentrated areas of salt/nute buildup. You probably just need to flush, and then ease back into your feeding schedule.
I flushed it last evening and we will see how it goes. The leaves are much worse than they were at the taking of the pictures. Here is the question. Should I cut the dying leaves even though they are the big fan leaves? The plant does not have that many to begin with. Will it slow the growth is I cut them off or leave it on. Thanks for all the replys
