1st Grow! Barney's Vanilla Kush

Week 10

Hey guys, have some buds forming now. Can anyone tell me what the leaf curling upwards and down (depending on leaf) and the crispiness of the upper leaves are? They temp in the room is around 70 degrees and I am wondering if thats why the plants are growing slowly. (Only have grown maybe 2 inches in the first 2 weeks of flower) Is this normal?

whats are u using for soil and how far are the light from the plant and pic help

Week 12

This is my first grow and I get so excited every time I check my flowering room! The buds are looking super tasty. Its weird because I can't smell much at all in the flowering room thanks to my carbon filter and fan but I can only imagine how much the whole house would smell if I turned it off!

I know this is late and all but another thing to use a friend told me is the clear plastic 2 liter pop containers to make a mini humidor. You just have to cut the bottoms off and it would be easier to handle and spray inside of it instead of sandwich bags.

Thanks I will try this to see if it works any better! I have been having good luck with the bags, but on my latest grow from seed I have noticed something peculiar with the leaves on both plants. Wondering if it has something to do with the bags? Anyone know what this looks like?

Oh, by the way, here is some bud porn!

It has been almost 7 weeks of flowering now and they are looking pretty good. I bought a 30x loup to check the trichs but its hard for me to tell. I am wondering if I should start flushing yet or if I should give them one more week of nutes.

how dothe trics look at week 9 the hairs are looking orange when all or most of the plants hairs has turned i would cut !

It has been exactly 61 days since I put them in flower. The strain information from the seedbank I bought them says they are supposed to flower for 55-60 days. How are they looking? The trichs are still 100% milky white from what I can tell, and the hairs are turning orange. They haven't had any nutes in about 10 days, just distilled water. How much longer should I wait to cut?

Dude u got two weeks. Your buds got fat ya(read this whole thing) but they will really pack on the weight for the last two or three weeks. Amber triches come and go and orange hairs come and new bud growth happens with new white hairs. When I was at this stage in my grow I didn't know what to do and I cut maybe a week after posting these pics and it was too early and it wasn't as potent and I didn't get a good smell or good cure out of it. Don't cut them as much as you want to taste the goodness. If you wait two or three more weeks you will be greatly rewarded. Start flushing now and wait for your broadleaves to start autumning out(turn yellow). Make sure u watch your hairs suck back into your buds when they get orange. Watch your crystals and when you decide to cut and you can't wait anymore...turn the lights off for two days and then cut. Hope this helps you man...just don't cut yet, I'm about to grow up one of these vanilla kushes and I got some violator kush from barney's farm I am trying. The pics are of Superskunk from Nirvana. I don't think you should count days until they have started to bud. I have VC and it has been 90 days and they still aren't ready. You really can't go by breeder packs IMO. The hairs will turn, the calyx's will shrink back into the buds, then you still aren't finished yet. Not sure if 30X is enough. I have a 60-100X and that works great. As long as you can see through the trichome heads is all that matters. They will be all cloudy and you will check everyday (maybe more than once) and they just never seem to go....But they will. I just had a Pineapple Chunk go 120 days and pack said 60 days (but the description also said Indica and was totally sativa).
