Hi everyone,

First grow ever and my clones arrived early (11pm tonight actually) and I am unprepared. I have them sitting in a cup of water under a shop florescent light. The roots are about 15", but the plants themselves only about 6"

My main concerns are transplanting these clones to coco and also trying to understand a little more about ec and ph??? Reading some of the hempy threads I didnt see much talk about measuring ec and ph, but from what i see now it looks like this is a lot more important/difficult than i thought it would be.

I'm starting to feel like maybe I should stay away from coco, but really would prefer to go that route and from what i have read about the hempy buckets, everone says how easy they are.

I guess I am a little nervous with this clones just popping up on me and dont really know what to do. I am really wanting to start out using coco, but I have a lot friends telling me that I should go soil my first grow. I'm mostly worried that controlling the ec and ph will be harder then expected.

I know this thread is long, but if anyone could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.

Im on my 1at grow too, A coco grow in smart pots, Read read read.... Do you have pH meter and TDS meter? If not you needa get them soon.
Im not 100% sure but i believe EC is the strength of the nutrient solution...... read COCO GROWERS UNITE. Theres nothing wrong with starting them in soil. Read up and see if you can get it done early morning. Good luck

Happy growing
