So I checked my girls today when i got home and they are looking GREAT. The Blue Mystic seems to be growing quicker than the Kush, and it was transplanted amost 12 hours later than the Kush. Im noticing the leaves are growing a lot more quicker on the Blue Mystic a lot of little leaves starting to come in now. The kush is looking bigger but the Blue Mystic has more leaves.
Thanks yall, I never new they grow so fast!!! I've been reading that cool air changes the colors on the leaves and hairs (purple, blue, etc.) If this is true I hope the Mystic turns that bluish greyish color it shows in all of the pictures on the internet, because when the lights go off at night time it gets some what cool inside of the room.
I water them once a day, I wait until the top soil is dried out and then I stick a moisture meter into the soil down to the bottom and when the meter is at moist but closer towards dry not wet I water them. I usually water the Kush in the morning and the Blue Mystic at night.
Transplating today!!!! I just got home from work and i was inspecting my plants and i noticed some of the roots around about to grow out of the holes in the bottom of the cups. So i think I am going to transplant right now, will be back later with some pictures.
I decided to transplate my 2 girls today into their perminant homes. I was going to wait until Sunday but when i was checking them i noticed that the roots were about to grow out from the bottoms of the cups, all the roots looked nice and healty white. I put them into 12 liter (aound 3 gallons) pots. I put some rooting organics (Root Defender) into the transplant hole and also and waterd them with some rooting organics (Root Roids) and very very little Earth Juice Grow. How much water should i water into a 3 gallon pot?? One pot had a lot of run off water wile the other pot didnt have as much as the other. And should I throw the run off water away or let the pot sit in it??? So i hope everything goes good and I am looking forward to this grow. Still as excited as I was when I started it. So here is probably what everyone is waiting for, the pictures.
i have about the same size pots as you and i would water 1/4 gall every 3 days for a wile. the plants will love you for it. in flowering they like more, about 2 gallons for three plants. they are telling me they want more water now like 2 1/2 gall every 3 days. also you should feed till you see run off. also make sure to feed from the bottom too. not to much but the bottom of your root ball will need to suck up extra water. mine love it. after i water i'll fill the saucer up and the plant will suck it up in a few hours. hope that helps.
Yeah i watered them last night and the soil is still moist all the way down to the bottom, I thru the run off water out, somebody else told me that when you water with nutrients you can re-use the run off water, but not all the time because it will cause a salt build up.
Everything is looking good, haven't watered them since wednesday. The soil is still moist, still growing a lot of leaves, will be posting pictures tomorrow morning. Both of my girls are looking beautiful and i growing a lot of vegetation.
