You are doing fine but I highly doubt you have enough light for flower
Is the actual wattage of that light about a 105 volts?

Thanx for replying, it says light input voltage ac85-265v, new to this, this light came with tent was around 300 bucks for tent, inline fan, carbon filter and light, with this being my 1st grow not really expecting a big yeild actually anything would be ok, should I get another light or is it too late, running light 18/6 due to my 1st electric bill went from 75.00 to 200, but I was running fan 24 hours a day and lights due to not knowing it wasn't necessary to run fan, I have 3 small fans keeping air movement, dont really have to worry about smell with just 2 plants I'm guessing, temps staying between 72- 78 degrees, humidity between 50- 55 %, again thanx for replying and hope this wasn't too much info, have a great day

They look pretty good as far as i can tell under that blurple color ( take pics under normal lighting next time ). Light might not be enough for full flower potential but since its your first grow just stay the course and get that plant to finish right.

Soon plant will sex ( meaning throw pistils) then continue to grow out .
You will see flower ( tops ) form and plant will stretch and finalize size before slowing down to build those tops. If you are letting soil feed without adding nutes thats good for now.

An alternative to feed - ( when needed ) is INSTEAD of adding nutes you may have bought .... you top dress more HF and water in. It can be that simple since .... for one .... autos do not need an extensive feed regiment, their short life EASILY FITS FEEDING FROM SOIL instead.

Watch your watering ... too easy to overwater ( common mistake) .
Especially using blurple panels as plant doesn’t transpire as fast as other more intense lighting like HPS. Space it out appropriately.

Keep ph of water to 6.3-6.5 and you are set.

I think you may be misrepresenting the cause of your increase...thinking exceptional warm summer ...
The equipment you have can't raise your bill that much
But we all learn from our mistakes

Grow on
