this is my 1st grow so i thought i'd share some pics to see what people think, they are 2 weeks old today, they are under a 250w envirolite with a fan blowing straight across the light to keep temps right, its 26 degrees with light on and 22 at night wen lights off, they are in 3 gallon pots now but started in small drink cups. I have 3 computer fans at the bottom for an intake and a 4" extractor linked to a carbon filter for exhaust. they havnt had any nutes yet but am going to start them this week.

Pic 1 - full set-up

They look healthy, you have the easy part done, now for the rest. Good luck
thanks m8, thought they looked okay, they are autoflowering ak47 seeds i got off a friend and a currently under a 6500k envirolite cfl at 18/6
when i need to buy a flowering bulb should i get something around 2400k or a duel spectrum bulb?
but when these autoflowering plants are used i mite just buy some normal seeds (not autoflowering) so would i need to buy a different bulb for those ?

i am also wondering if you think i am underwatering the plants, they are in 10 litre pots and i only put half pint to a pint in each every other day. they look nice and green but if you look at picture 3 in very 1st post it looks a bit droopy

Its over watering. Typical noob mistake. Dry dirt is just as important to the plants well being as wet dirt is, you need to have a good balance. watering every other day is WAY TOO MUCH!! Try watering once until water comes out bottom of pots, then do not water again until soil is almost bone dry all the way to the last 3rd of the dirt. Then repeat process. You might only water once ever 5-7 days, which would be good. Watering needs will escalate when there is more plant, but at this early stage you barely need any water at all. Over watering symptoms include DROOPY WILTED PLANTS, Yellowing leaves, brown spots, black leaf edges.

let it dry out, go super easy on those nutrients, the soil contains most of what the plant needs already.
