1st Grow In Flower Stage Gender Help

Hi, I am currently about 2 weeks into my first plant's flowering stage. I believe the plant to be Indica, but am unsure of which sex it belongs. I have looked up many photos and descriptions differentiating the sexes, but being a newbie I am a bit confused. There is a collection of buds, more appearing daily, at the top of the plant, with small growth a little above the buds containing more buds and what is either a few leaves or pistols. I would appreciate any helpful input anyone can contribute. I have attached a few pics, I hope they help.

I have it under 195W, 2 60w bulbs and 1 75w.

yeah it needs more time liek that other guy said. good luck, lets hope they are woman
