HI all,
I've decided to have a try with an tent grow using organic soil medium with some tea's and top dressing to get the plants through the grow.
Ive grown once outdoors and enjoyed its success but I have not had much experience indoor growing.
The Details:
Tent size: 60cm x 60cm X 140cm
Light: 600W LED (about to incorperate into tent) + CFL to start with.
Cooling/heating: Standard Duct Fan & Carbon filter, germination heat mat. (Humidifier on way + clip on fan on way).
Seed strain: Purple Bud regular x 10
Soil Ingredients:
50L Peat
15L bagged organic earth worm Castings
15L Organic Compost
30L Perlite
5L Charcol
1 Cup of Kelp meal
Added 2 cups of Ag Lime until I can get a chance to till Oyster shell flour into soil
Soil Ammendments:
150ml per 10L of soil
35% Canola Meal
15% Bone Meal
14% Gypsum
14% Guano
14% Ag Lime
6% pottasium Sulphate
0.75% Bull Kelp
0.75% munash rock dust
0.5% humate granules
Trace Elements:
Calcium, Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Boron.
This made 100L of Soil which is currently cooking. I also plan to grow some of these plants outdoors and eventually use the tent as a clone room for when its off season to grow through winter.
Current status:
These are day 4 under light, I feel like they are stretching so I am going to use the L.E.D from tonight, hopefully this will solve this Issue.
Please comment your thoughts as any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
Im germinating the next 5 seeds currently so hopefully ill have smoothed over any noob issues by then!
