1st grow need help with my clones, sog 600w

Hey guys i just got my clones 3days ago today. Wanting to do a SOG my question is how many days will they need to sattle down in their new pots before i can switch to 12/12 i have heard anything from 5-14 days they are maybe 10-20cm big now all had nice roots before putting in pots been running a 600w bulp set to 400w 75cm from the plants.
Keep in mind this is my first grow

Dr90 tent 3x3x5
Lumii digital 600w dimmable
Filter/fan 200cfm or 320m3
Cooltube 125mm 4"?
Coco
6.5L pots
9 bitches
Temps DAY 25°C 50% rh
Temps NIGHT 19-20°C 40% rh

Yea, I would wait a week or so myself for the plants to settle if possible, but if they look happy and took the transplant well, I would probably just flip them after 3-5 days...

Yes I'm sorry, waking and baking here...

In the case of SOG, you'll flip to 12/12 much earlier. I'd do it a full week after they have rooted.

Haha i didnt even now how to anwser the early post but i figuerd out ppl are waking n baking but the clones look fine i think? Will maybe flip on monday if things go well will post a pic so u can see
