1st Grow (Signs of trouble) HELP !!!

Ok 1st, a friend of mine gave me some seeds from a qp that he had smoked recently, we do not know what kind of bud it is, maybe you guys will know. The plant is flowering almost 2 months now, the leaves are showing signs of distress with browning, I'm thinking it's the PH levels but not sure the soil is nice and wet, I do the routine lighting of 12 hours light and 12 hours dark.. please Help me, I dont want it to die, even though I have a couple more plants in it's seeding stages.

what happened to all of your fan leaves?

Maybe another week. Thats just my guess though. You really should check the trichomes with a magnifying glass, jeweler's loop or microscope. When a small amount of the trichomes turn amber... its ready.

a pic of the buds ( in focus) would help too

I added another pic to show a the buds as best I could with the comera I have...Hope this helps on further advice.

but from what the pics look like .. are the hairs a dark red / brown ?
you said 2 months flowering ?
they might be done depending on those hairs
