They look to be a bit too wet. Make sure you are letting the soil dry out, or get very close to it. For that small I use about 1/4 cup and that should keep it good for 2 days or so. Your watering amounts obviously increase drastically over the first few weeks, but pay attention to how fast they drink and adjust. I seen someone mentioned some Y connectors earlier. You should definitely get a few of these. CFL bulbs produce a large quantity of their light from the sides, and nearly nothing from the top of the bulb. You need to get them horizontal over your plants somehow, and a Y connector does that pretty easily.
