You should top em or fim em or do something to increase your yield... You got room in there!

O and those girls are going to stretch like a mofo for the first bit of bloom. Don't forget to give them some N for that cuz if you don't they will get stunted...

well hermies arent all that bad, its a '2 in 1', from what i see they do have some bud, and from what i read they give they give almost exculsively feminized seed !
assuming u put it to grow separately so it doesnt ruin the other widows of course

@dabumps, 5-9-9 ? but doesnt that vegetative growth require like more n than k n p ? i know eventually ill need to go to 5-9-9 but as for the 2 weeks (starting from the sight of preflower) wont it be better to keep the ration over the others ? im on my 1st grow too so i got no first hand experience

you just want a fertilizer that has some nitrogen content. begining flowering you want the P-K to be higher than the N something like 0-2-2 is what you want to avoid but a 1-3-3 would work well, you dont want to give them too much as they will likely get a toxicity.

nice grow man gl and happy growing

thanks so much for the positive vibes y'all!!! The plants are definitely feeling the love =)! For any of you veteran growers out there, on average how long does it take for a plant to show her sex once being put on 12/12.

depends on what stage of growth she/he is in in veg. you can actually get them to show while still on 18/6 .

generally about 2 weeks tops, males will usually come first then females. and they will mostly always show sex on the top 1-2 nodes before the rest of the plant.

showin some love on your thread, plants look really good, my daughter pulled out my last plant that looked like that (bagseed grow) so I can't wait to see how your grow turns out.

I've found that preflower can be misleading.. I had scissors in hand with a garbage bag at my side. I said to my wife it's time to cut it down... She said why... I explained that it was showing male parts. She begged that I don't kill it yet.. I told her I would give it one more day. The next day the "nut" popped out 2 pistols...

never chop on preflower anyways, you always have plenty of time after 12/12 flip to make 100% sure its a male. they dont open them pollen sacs up for at least 2 weeks after they start to develop

^^^ truth ^^^ Mine actually did hermie for like a day. They popped one nut I pulled it off and it never came back. I think I stressed em... somehow.

probally not, Mj is pretty resilient...they are one of a kind though most plants do not reproduce like them . good chance nature was to blame and there wasnt a dam thing you were gonna do about it.

Don't try to move them til they have grown into whatever pot you have them in...it is way easier to transplant with little shock, if you can move the whole she bang a bang at once..if you have to scoop the plant out, it is too small to move...should be able to pull the whole thing out of the pot or cup you have it in before you move it...easier that way with less stress...
