1st Outdoor crop learning curve.

Alright so I have 13 plants starting to take off and this is my first outdoor grow. I am going to post a couple photos so maybe I can get some feedback. Plants are about 2 and a half weeks old from the day I planted germinated seedlings. Please feel free to give any advise you might have and yes I know they need water going to happen tomorrow.

Are those 5 gallon grow bags ?

Word, i sure would like to know what strain they are.

Can anybody give me any advice on how to protect the small plants from pests? I believe they are to young for neem, would it be best to put an insect blocker like a spray or foam all the way around the garden?
