should i use a pesticide that i bought with half water for white flys? srry about being little to know descrip... or can i use a little soap and water.( not trying to have bad suff in my stuff.)

How do you like how people view your post, but never reply, assholes. Anyway we need more information. What bugs, what stage of plant growth, etc.should i use a pesticide that i bought with half water for white flys? srry about being little to know descrip... or can i use a little soap and water.( not trying to have bad suff in my stuff.)

Thanx for the post... I asked a good friend, after ppl were being assholes... But thanx for your post... Do u know if a little(and i mean little rain) rain will hurt my baby... its about 3 weeks into flower stage...thanx
