yes lots of studying this winter, I'm almost convinced il do small raised containers with organic soil , limited to 6 and I'm surrounded by neighbors so my friends helping me build a secure fence structure
Security cameras are a good idea too. My neighbours all grow, but I still got a couple of plants ripped. My neighbour's meth head kid dropped by for a visit and peeked over the fence.

Mine came with a solar panel, and the battery can last 6 months on a full charge. It's motion activated, and has a floodlight.
Mine wasn't visible from the street, but that's another reason to keep it shorter than you. Keep it under the fence line.

fortunately ill have some help building a locked fence structure, this is all pie in the sky planning tho as I've dumped a considerable amount into my indoor adventures so I really need to clear it with the wife lol
She won't have to deal with the smell in the house, lol.

Depending on strain it will be smellable and thats enough for security right there lol.

I move my outdoor plants every night to a secure location with a lock on it.
yes but there are 2 other grows in the area and our family knows them , half the community is chilled out retirees and then some section 8, so we def have a clash

security is a must

Will you still be doing indoor during this time? If not just sell it on the fact that your not spending money on the lights, fans, exaust, ac and so on.

I see this crazy outdoor plants and get super jelly
Don't be too jealous. Outdoor plants come with a whole different set of issues. The bigger they get the less attention you can give every bud on them. Most outdoor plants will end up with some level of bud rot, bugs, dust, caterpillars, bud worms and so on.

BT spray. #1 thing I suggest. Avoid caterpillars and avoid alot of problems. They have caused bud rot so many times I couldn't count.
