So i just noticed this morning that the top two fan leaves started getting brown rust colored spots on the stem between the main cola stem and the leaf. It is happening nowhere but but those two place yet. I read this might me nitrogen deficiency? if not can anyone help me diagnose this and tell me what it is? i can't post a pic of the problem because it's is not transparent enough and i don't have a really good camera but here is a pic circling where the problem is:

Humidity: 40%
Temp: 72 degree's
Heating: cfl 150 watts ( 100 top light and 50 coming off the side)
Nutrients: neut burned her about 1.5 weeks ago so i flushed her and have been using just water ever since.

PLEASE HELP!!!

you could bend her over and train her, now that she's all lanky. may make up for lost nodes/time. just a thought.

If you bend the top of the plant over and use a twisty tie or piece of string to loosely tie it down, it creates an imbalance in the plant as its' main cola, the top of the plant, is no longer the most efficient source of energy. Basically other bud sites are getting more light that the main bud site so the plant starts sending considerably more energy to the other bud sites. This causes them to grow faster and bigger. After a couple weeks untie the plant. It will spring upright a little and the plant will rapidly attempt to straighten itself while continuing to feed the other bud sites as if it were the main cola. The end result is that with little stress caused to the plant, you end up with not one large main cola in the middle of your plant with other smaller colas surrounding it, but with multiple large main colas. More bud for all! This process is part of what's considered LST or LST'ing which stands for Low Stress Training. Hope this helps!
