1st time grower I need help

I wouldn't bother transplanting something that has been kept in veg for 11 weeks, the plants are gonna be huge at the end of the flowering so space might be an issue for you.

I would just flip them to 12/12 asap.

I vegged mine for same. 3 and a half weeks in to flower and lve got an inch left to raise light and 2 inches between taller buds and bars. She will take off when flipped.
