1st time grower looking for advice

Hey everyone first time grower here just looking for some advice and feedback on my grow thus far. I'm still in veg and have been using one cool white and one warm white fluorescent and looks like everything is coming along well. I'm going to attach a pic of today and if anybody can give me a little advice I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
