Why would you say its ready to hang? I know very little, just watched some youtube things but not quite sure if I understand

well it looks pretty healthy...give it a some weeks and read up about harvesting..theres a whole section here dedicated to that.

My boyfriend i's the one that trimmed it, we weren't sure if we should or not but heard from a friends to do it. Now some of the leaves are turning brown and we dont know what to do. I'll post a pic of her when she was a baby. I would never take a plant I found that wasnt mine and I especially wouldn't bring it up on here if it wasn't mine...

Yeah check out the harvesting and trimming section of the forums and you'll see how much you actually trim off...its quite a bit of those useless extra leaves(unless you want to make some hash)
