1st time indoor, should i get ladybugs??

So far about a month old from seedling and no signs of pest yet. I was wondering on lady bug usage. Are they effective at preventing pest problems? How long will they last if there are pests for them to eat? How long do they last in your fridge without any food? I am wondering if they are worth getting, and how long am i going to be able to have them. Any answers with experience will be greatly appreciated.

keep your grow room clean and dont bring outside shit into the grow room and you wont have any pest or bugs to worry about
