So this is my first grow Im using 2 Cfl's each at 65 watts so about 130 watts and Im on a 24 hr light schedule been watering about every other day. Its a blue hash strain in organic mix soil. I planted about 2 weeks and a day ago, after I germinated it. It looks really small and the tips of the first nodes are brown I'm not sure what is going on and I'm nervous I screwed something up Here are some pics please help it'd be greatly appreciated!

At that stage yes. Now that you've spotted that yellow just keep it watered good and watch it. Make sure it doesn't spread. What color bulbs are you using?

I think it looks fine. Make sure your soil isnt burning it and your waters clean then in about a week or so start using low dose veg nutes. Should be fine. What lights?

They are not using cfl's :P get 2-4 that are 2700k. Shell b fine. The higher ACTUAL wattage(NOT the equiv). The better.

Ahh! alright Ill use more CFL's makes sense. The stem is brownish green
brownish-green, or extremely dark purpleish & green? The reason I ask, a few symptoms point to P-def, and the purple with the stunted growth/deformed new growth, yellowing combined all point to a slight P-def based on the color I see of the leaves at this point in time. If it's truly brown-ish, your pH is likely off, and your water is not filtered, running possible contaminants.

Ya I'd say its more brownish-green than purple I will keep an eye on that though for sure. I mean I boil the water before I feed her should I be doing something else other than that or with that?

Is it city water, or well water? Boiling it will take care of some pathogens and chlorine.. a pH meter for your soil is a critical so you can see what it is. If you lock nutes out log enough with a pH that's quite off due to well water or other conditions, it can cause plant spiral ending in a greatly reduced yield, or death of it.

Would definitely pick up a soil pH meter so you can keep the pH in appropriate ranges - will keep you sane, and help those of us on RIU diagnose should you have an issue you can't fix.
