1x2 1x2x 2m tent. quiet!! carbon scrubber fan needed asap?

i have tt100 rv fan pulling air through my carbon filter and it is too loud
so before my neighbours start to question me about the noise i need 2 find a mutch quiter fan? im in the uk so any sugestions welcome???

I havn't started growing yet mate but i'm intrested in purchasing one of these to keep temp & sound down:

Can't remeber where I see it but how about building a box to put your fan in with foaming or whatever to try make it quiet?
