Not so sure about the curling.
I'm using the same soil as you and due to it's water retaining properties, suspect I'm seeing some tip burning from this . . . not really "over-watering" just basically staying wet too long . . . and MY grow room temps are a bit lower than ideal.

In your case, it's gotta be a combination of this and either the food, or the cfl's, which I suspect aren't too close, but have never really used them either.
I'd probably leave the damaged veg for now.

Just pH'd my MGmc soil this morning, well, the run off from it, and it was a perfect 6.5.

The water I'm using goes in at 7.7 and I've added nothing else, as in zero. So maybe it was the bloom fert?

it is very important to manage your pH, spend $10 and get some pH up and down, that is the easiest way of doing it unless you want to fuck with vinegar and baking soda, check the pH of the water before and after run off. I would flush the system using something that will release the accumulated fert salts. I use flora kleen, and it works well. After you give the system a good flush I would resume normal fert schedule, those symptoms don't appear to have any correlation to nute burn. Your temp and humidity sound fine, as well as the distance to the bulbs, so it isn't a heat issue; and I wouldnt even mess w/ trimming the damaged areas unless the leaf is 60% worthless.
