2 Clone questions! +more lol

First medical grow guys and I have a few questions, can you cut clones from the very bottom of the plant? Check the pic of clone i want to cut below -- may be a stupid question but couldn't find the answer.... also I KNOW this is not a good condition but i only had one room with lighting... my plants are 4 days into 12/12 so they haven't made the switch, but i want to take those Jilly Bean clones (second picture) into a new small veg room, they have been on 12/12 for 4 days.... can i put them on 18/6 or 24/0 without probs/hermies? -- hehe thanks for help please answer both and also im going to the hydro store tommorow to pickup some shit for flowering, im for sure getting some BigBud (more crucial than budcandy i hear) to add to my nute mix what else should i get!! I already have some Great White, Root Exelurator, Cal mag and such.... please post some advice (dont forget first two Q's , included also one of my ladies, a purple diesel

Yes you can cut clones from the bottom of the plant. Yes you can put back into veg and I would def use the mycos because I just started using it and this shit is wonderful... But one tip about the mycos is to use it when you first transplant your ladies into bigger containers and you can always supplement with the calmag just don't over do it, around 50-100 ppm would be perfect every other watering.. yup thanks!! glad to know i won't be having any probs with clones/veg.... and yes i do use a Mykos type supplement, Great White.... that and Root Exelurator is the best for starting out plants, just needed to know small things like i asked
