2 LED UFO 1 Closet- 21 plants(WW, Killer Queen, Grape Ape, GDP)

DAY 35 and im super pissed off!! woke up to the new ballast completly broken and i gave HID HUT a call and they tell me to unscrew it and replace the fucking fuse!! i cant even find a damn screw driver small enough to get the screws out!! looks like im fucked with these next couple weeks!
 
i replaced the fuse and still no bueno!! i called back and they said they gota make a few more ballasts this monday and it should hopefully be here by next friday. looks like im back to where i was a month ago! down to one light...
 
i decided to move the plants in my other closet outside so i could move half of these into it. so now i got 10 under 300w HPS and the others under a single UFO. hope the temp change doesnt make a big difference. pics later after i water.
 
Picture update- 11 in one closet under 300w the other 10 under the UFO. just gave them second watering of beastie bloomz. while i was moving them i found quite a few leaves with mites...i will most likely try and handle them for the rest of the grow but theyre crazy lil fuckers!!

Ya bro those are looking very sweet. The buds seem to be beefing up nicely. I'll get pics up on monday the end of week 6 for my sativas, and week 5.5 for the WW. Your about a week ahead of me I right?

todays DAY 35 flower..should have been a week ahead, but the ballast broke so i had to keep them in veg alittle longer
 
You still are about a week man, this sunday will be day 30 for the sativas, so thats pretty close, your girls will be done sooner then mine too, god damn sativas. Seriously man I have no desire to go another pure sativa any time soon. Maybe when I'm all set up and not in any hurry, I'll grow out some Willie Nelson, or something really dank, but in the mean time, its indicas, and hybrids.

how are you counting your weeks?? 5 days or 7?? cause week 6 should be day 42 and week 5.5 would be near day 38. which would put both yours in front of mine, which i dont think is the case for the WW.
 
I started counting from the day I changed the lights. I think it was sunday the 22nd of march, which today would complete the 6th week, for the sativas, and I put the WW in on the following thursday, so its about a half a week behind. I've been counting completed weeks of flowering though, not at the beginning of the week. All I know is as of july first, the sativas will have completed 13 weeks, and I hope they are ready to harvest, the WW and Kush should both be done before then.
 
Nice grow, I'm glad not everyone is shitting on the idea of using LED's as in some cases i reckon they are hugely useful i.e.. small grows with not much space and tight budget grows that cant afford proper ventilation for proper HPS lights.
I have two cabinets, one of them for flower (D2'xH4'8"xW3') and a veg cab (D2'xH3'xW3'). In the flower cab im gonna have a 400w HPS and i was thinking that in the smaller cab i should get a 50w blue led panel as there wont be enough room for an hps and also it would become a sauna. Do you reckon this is a good idea? (i have 2 400w hps and am thinking of selling one).

honestly i think CFLs would be the best way to go in your situation with the veg cab. cheaper than LED and still veg some nice bushes! i got 6 cfls in my mom area and it works perfectly for three plants and a cloner.
 
I was wondering about that but I can get this 50w LED for £90 ($135) and then i dont need any vents but with CFL's i will need at least 2 200w and that will cost me the same and then i might need some sort of vents. Hmm... im not sure, i would like the LED's because they are space efficient and the plants can actually touch them without risk of burning, but then CFL's give off a greater spectrum which most likely develops the plants better. Tricky decision.. what does everyone else think? (if im being out of order by asking all this stuff in your journal please say and ill shut up)
 
2 200w for veg?????????? That is WAY OVERKILL. I have 85w over each of my plants that are flowering. Using lower wattage bulbs is alot better than one or two high powered bulbs. Find some y splitters and use like 4 23 or 27 watters.
