have you tested that bottle/light/firebomb rig with the fan turned off? Cuz thats what will happen you know? the fan will one day get turned off or quit and THEN you go see Ben.

ran it all today (11 hours ish) with the fan off, the plastic gets hot, but not hot enough to warp.

how many watts is the bulb you are using?

im using a 400 watt hps and I'm picturing a very melted scene.

well, you guys sketched me out too much, so i made a 4mm perspex air cooled hood instead. which i know can't melt. looks alot nicer as well.

check out my grow in the next day and i'll update it with some pictures.
