Hows it going today bro. I'm getting ready for my upcoming outdoor grow and I'm trying to get these girls to live up to their utmost potential. I'll be starting their veg indoors under HO 6400k T5 fluros while lst + topping them along the way. Since I'll be lsting I dont want to be transplanting until they go into their final 50 gal outdoor homes. Whats a good size pot would you say for a not so roomy yet not root bound girl? I was thinking 1 Gallon but tbh I don't really know nor can I find some info on this. All feedback is appreciated man, Peace

i did my first grow with 3gal pots and vegged for 45 days, flowered for 9 weeks, and honestly i wish i used 5gal pots. They could've had much more potential, they pretty were root bound when i chopped them.

Thanks for the input guys. Last grow I vegged for a month indoors under t5s with some small jiffy peat pots and they weren't root bound come transplant. I think I'm going to try either 1 or 2 gallon pots. 3-5 gallons seems like a lot for a 2 month veg time but what do I know this is only my second grow.

budget a us gallon per month is normal

so vegging indoors to plant out later..?

I'd go 3 us gallon to be safe as you will need every single rootlet later ..lol

good luck
