Hey guys. I am growing a Norhtern Lights from nirvana shop. I have kept my girls in vegetative stage for about 2 months now and I wanted to ask whether do I need to re-pot these girls to a bigger pot before going on 12/12? Here, check my girls and their pots out.
Cheers! Here's some pics. By the way I just watered the plants and they have been in the dark for about an hour or so, hence the leaves look a bit droopy.
P.S. I have some clones from one of these girls that have already developed long roots, I'm gonna plant them today or tomorrow, so should I give them some more time to vegetate or just put them straight into 12/12?
Thanks a bunch.

The best way to tell for sure is to take it out of the pot (get the soil moist, tilt it sideways and give it a nice whack and it should slide out) check out the root action.

I'm going to say yes do it if you have the space, they will get massive.

After you transplant maybe give it a few days more of veg so it can recover, transplanting will stress.

yeah i would repot
i had plants like that and when they hit flower they got real big
the problem that at the end (7&8)weeks they were getting lock outs and stressing because of pot size
get biggest pot ya repot then veg 1 more week then flower

Okey dokey, I'll repot them tomorrow then, and wait a week 'til flowering. But what about the clones, should they go straight into 12/12 when I plant them when they develop a decent root mass or should I they first veg for a certain amount of time? Because I got only one box, so if I switch 12/12 for these girls, which have been vegging for way too long then the clones will have to be in 12/12 too.

Okay, so I re-pot and plant the clones at the same time, then a week of veg for the clones and to relieve the stress for my big gurls and then FLOWER!!! i'm looking forward, this is my first grow :)

Does he need to re pot really? Those pots look about right for how big the plants are. IMHO, I think if you were to take a few cuttings off them, and then flower them you would be alright. As long as you have flowering nutrients that have enough Potassium (K) to make the root system healthy, I think you can flower them in those pots and be just fine.
