i'd like to transplant two nycd ryders (females!) in one 5 gallon container. is that an okay thing to do? will they have enough room to be happy and healthy?

sorry if this is a dumb question.

I've have two in one pot now. I have a total of 11 girls flowering know. the two in the same bucket are intotal going to give me less yeild then the ones that are alone. I will always go with one per bucket.

It seems like they fight for the water and nutes.

Aren't they lowryders?

Roots intertwining isn't that bad. (Soma uses planting boxes) The planet is one giant 'pot' and they have survived thus far.

The prob comes from nute burning or disease (but really have yet to see any pics or posts about plant diseases here, so diseases is a safe gamble)

But for a few 'ryders Id just use a good sized storage bin.

Lotsa mis information regarding this, depending on pot size you can easily fit two plants in one pot, this is also dependant on finish size of the plants.

Damm this looks like a bad idea, two plants in one pot,it'll never work, they wont yeild or they'll get sick, the proof's in the pudding peoples, here ya go,two plants per 3 gallon container in pro mix & they budded fantastic with excellent yeild.

I dont do this all the time but if i cut too many clones or too many seedlings become female i dont toss them out,i go two plants to a pot all the time, around 50% of this bud room is two plants per pot.

Yeah, if you keep them short your chances of them becoming root bound are reduced substantially so you can get away with it. I wasn't trying to suggest that it's impossible. I'm just saying that if you have the space for the pots why not keep them separate because you can avoid dealing with the root issues.
