2 plants off 1 seed?

Ihave been growing just under a year, I started on clones then moved on to seeds and took clones from there so I've now grown both ways but something freakish happened which you'll see below, one seed sprouted 2 tap roots and grew 2 stems. Strain is white widow x Big Bud.



Now below this is a grown version only like a normal one plant except it's been topped and in the 2nd week of flower.



So my question in general is will I get a super twin plant?
