Ok, so here we go. I'll be growing 2 strains 1. Kannibia's Mataro Blue genicts are (Blue Moonshine x White Widow) x La Blanca. 2. Resin's Sour P genetics are Sour Diesel x HP-13. They will be grown in 2 30 gallon rubbermaid tubs stacked on top of each other, using 8 26watt 6500k cfl's during vegitative stage and 8 26watt 2700k during flowering. The lights are on 24/7 the first week then cut back to 18/6 after that. My dawn is 16:00 and the dusk is 12:00. I choose these hours because the grow is in an outside insulated shed. The lights heat the box during lights on and I use a thermostat controlled heater for the 6 hours the lights are off the temps stay at 79-82 during lights on and 73-75 during lights off and I use a small heating pad with a tray of water sitting on top to control humidity that runs 1/2hr on 1/2hr off. My exhaust is 2 120mm pc fans siliconed to a 5" to 4" reducer filled with activated carbon(see pics below). So now that the grow room is up to date on to the grow.

Germinating: Presoak in water then into paper towels on heating mat
Seedling Stage: Rapid Rooters
Vegatative Stage: 2 parts Coco Coir, 2 parts Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil, 2 parts Perlite in 18oz beer pong cups
Flowering Stage: 2 parts Coco Coir, 2 Amazon Bloom soil, 2 Parts perlite in 2.5 gln Poland Spring water containers

Ok, Now on the to the grow. I started germinating 1 Mataro Blue and 1 Sour P both feminized seeds on Nov. 23rd. I first Soaked seeds for 12 hours in PH balanced poland spring water then moved them into paper towels and placed on heating pad on low setting. Both cracked and inserted into Rapid Rooters and placed under humidity dome on Nov. 26th. Mataro Blue popped out first on Nov. 28th then the Sour P popped out on Nov. 29th. I'll remove humidity dome tonight and mist seedling for the next couple of days. Pic below Left is Sour P and right is Mataro Blue

Nov. 30th nothing really to interesting to update. Both strains doing fine the Sour P seems to be stretching alittle. Temps went up to 88 last night, I turned the fan speed up alittle. It dropped temps down into lower 80's but also dropped humidity level from 55% to 45%. Here is a few more pics of grow tubs in and out light set up(which are adjustable in and out). I'm only using 4 of the 8 lights right now. The exhaust from inside the box and a update of plants that really don't look much different.

Dec. 1st Nothing really to intresting happened. Still tweaking temps. I have the temps to stay in the high 70's low 80's. The humidity is ranging from 40% to 60%. I think I may have a small problem with Mataro Blue will post pics later

Ok, here are some pics of both plants the Mataro Blue is 4 days old and has very little if no growth since it popped out of the soil. The Sour P is is 3 days old and is duing good and has had noticable growth. The First 2 pics are of Mataro Blue the leaves are very droopy I was spraying the plants once daily I have since stopped spraying the Mataro Blue since it looks like an overwattering problem. The next pic is of Sour P and it seems happy.

dec. 3rd Woops, I seen the Sour P stretching alittle so I decided adjust the lights alittle closer well I geuss I got it alittle to close to the Mataro Blue because I woke and found a burn spot on one of the leaves. The Sour P seemed to like the light movement. Pics on bottom go Mataro blue, Sour P, Mataro Blue.

Ok, sorry been busy and have'nt updated. Anyways today I added another light to grow a 85watt 5,695 lumen light but i'll be damned if I did'nt break 2 of the 26 watters while I was repositioning to make room for the 85 watter. That gives me 8995 lumens until I replace the 26 watters. While we are day 11 with Mataro Blue and day 10 with Sour P both seem to be duing ok I have some mutated growth on Sour P. Pics below

OK, so I'm seeing some signs of either a nute def. or nute burn not sure which. I have only been feeding pure ph balanced 6.4 poland spring water. I will be checking the run off tommorrow to rule out a ph problem. I'm using 2 parts coco coir 2 parts fox farms ocean forest soil, and 2 parts perlite. I'm not sure if the fox farms is causing nute burn or there not getting enough nutes. It seems to be effecting the Sour P more than the Mataro Blue. The Sour P has seen mutated growth in signs of twisted leaves. No twisting on the Mataro Blue. Here are a few pics first 2 are of Sour P and last 2 are Mataro Blue

Ok, so i watered today and checked PH of run off and it's high about 7.8. I flushed each plant with 2 18 oz cups of ph water at 6.0. we will see if it helps in the next couple of days.

Ok so after flush last night, I folair sprayed with weak nute solution with epsom salt and seen a huge improvement. It's almost like the plants had a growth spurt. About an hour ago I added 2 20 watt 1600 lumen 2700k lights. So that brings the total up to 179 watts at 12,200 lumens. Thats 137 watts and 9010 lumens in the 6500k spectrum and 40 watts and 3200 lumens in the 2700k spectrum.

So we are on the comeback trail of the ph lockout problem and plants are really starting to show signs of it. The Mataro Blue seemed to have a growth explotion. The Sour P is coming back slowly but surely. I've tied both plants down. The Mataro Blue is 15 days old and the Sour P is 14 days old. Here are some pics the first 2 are Mataro Blue and the rest are Sour P

So I watered again today. My run off is now 6.8 and the plants definitly showing the difference. Tying them down has really gotten the under growth growing on the Mataro Blue unfortunitly while I was pulling the plant out of grow tub I ripped a leaf. So far everything Kannabia has said about this plant is true. The Sour P has also shown significant improvement since the flush. So here are a few pics first 2 Mataro Blue(16 days old) and last 2 are Sour P(15 days old). How do they look?

I had problems early with soil PH being to high and I think thats where most of my problems came from. I have'nt gave them anything other than a weak foilar spray 75ppm using fox farms grow big 1 time and what's in the fox farms soil but I think I moved them from the rapid rooters into the soil mixture to soon. My problems began way before the foilar spray. People say fox farms ocean forest soil won't burn but appearently it will.

should you be training them this early i didnt know....i was told wait till they stretch in height a little bit

hey bank how is that earth juice amazon bloom? is it really hot? this stuff looks very interesting! that grow big is some really hot shit watch out, hopefully you have transplanted by now, i go into 1 gallon grow bags as soon as it sprouts and shows some roots.
