2 wks into flower excessive heat PLEASE HELP!!!

People i really need help!!

It is getting very hot round here during the day and the girls are suffering think they may die if i dont do something.

How will they be if put into 24 hours of darkness then put back into 12/12 cycle so that it is light for the girls when it is actually dark and cooler outside so the temp can be controlled better?

Please help

I just went thru a similar attempt to switch two plants to opposite 12/12 times . . . both are showing signs of being hermies now. Both were female. Could be a coincidence. I haven't grown this strain before, so can't be certain the hermie action isn't genetic?
Remember to start your 12/12 regimen at night next time.
It's worth a try IF you're sure the heat is hurting your grow.

to be honest im a noobie, the leaves dont seem to be curling to much and they are still growing as they should be.

do you think its worth leaving them for a bit and see how they go?

Have a vent fan? (not just a circulation fan)

it is gettin as high as 88

problem i am having is even with a veny fn i think i may have problems as it is around 78 outside at the moment so i will be pumping hot air into a warm room, so think i will still ahve the same problem

78 is ideal. and 78 is lower then 88. A vent fan can only lower your temps. May not hit 78, unless high CFMs

What lighting are you using?

600w hps in a room 1.5 mtr square with a small desk fan blowing around the plants another blowing directly on the light and another blowing sort of half way between the plants and the light, also a small inline fan attached to a corbon filter to extract air and smell. Was thinkin about getting a mobile air conditioner but they are a bit expensive.
