2 wonderberries about to die!!

im growing with foxfarm oceanic, pleeease tell me how to flush my soil with expert advice. the problem is however, last watering i added too much superthrive and i think its burning my babies. how do i flush without overwatering the plant since i just watered yesterday and notice the burn today?? im inna rush to flush, but dont wanna overwater and kill it either. please help!!! how do i flush properly and when should i??? the leaves are all curling down and im 2.5 weeks into flowering and have hairs everywhere. i don wanna hurt my pookies. thx fellerz!!!
