2 x 600 hps for S.O.G.

Will two 600 hps work good for sea of green,my grow area is 5' x 9' with 7.5' roof.One lite is good but lite on the end result[28 to 40 gram per plant],I'm growing NL,Strawberry-skunk,PK,and a real stinky sativa.Useing Fox Farms ocean forest,spagnam,perlite.And Botneicare nutes and liquid karma.Any help would be greatly appicated.

ya mate ur area is like my flower room i use 430 watt hps and i bud look great so ur room with 2 600 only think u need it to keep it not so hot in there thats all man

2 600w's for 5' x 9' is really not enough light. Your buds will be light and fluffy. Even 2 1000w's would be a little shy. A common rule of thumb is 50w / sq ft. You have about 25w / sq ft. Now 4 - 600w, that would be more like it...

yea hes right i just did the math youve got like 22 watts per foot. thats not enough man. maybe you should section the room off a bit smaller
