For how long did you run that cement mixer? Also, that kief looks really clean, I thought dry ice method was supposed to have a lot of contaminants.

I'm doing my first harvest tomorrow so I'm getting ready to freeze the plants and I also have some bubble bags on the way. I figure on friday I can pick up some dry ice and attempt my first dry ice "sift". Do you think it will be alright to use a fresh plant and to throw it in the freezer? Also can I use a hair iron to make rosin? I plan on getting a 20 ton press & low temp plates later down the road.

Yes its ok to use fresh plant (fresh frozen). Yes you can, but your yields will be reduced (or could be) and will take ya longer, but not a problem
