$200 Budget - need a place to veg

Like I said, I have a $200 budget. I currently have a 3x3x7 tent that I am using strictly for flowering.

Without getting too much into how I am vegging, I understand that I can't continue to do it the way that I am doing it. The space is too small to get the plants big enough for my needs.

So that being said, I have set my budget for $200. I already have four 2' T5's for vegging. I need a tent and a light with a ballast and some circulation.

Anyone know of a good deal around that price online. What are the quality of those 150w hps all in ones for vegging?

I have seen people using CFL's for flowering, I dont see the issue as long as you get the right spectrum. Unless its a yield issue, I believe the HPS does give you a better yield.

Im looking for ideas on a cheap vegging system. $200 is about what I want to spend.

Get a cabnet used? cheep 0-50$
Quart white paint.10$-to free,
bathroom exhaust fan 20$ ace hardware
Power strip/ excord 0-15$ ace
Light Fixture 15$- free
120+ watt CFL from 1000bulbs.com 30$ ea. (hell I would put some in the flower rm also , or more t5 with left over money)
Pc fan 10$
small oscilating fan 15$

Cfls work great in vegg, an they are cheep.
