(assuming u have a multispectrum cfl and are not swapping cuz thats more money.) 18/6 for 4 week is 504 hours. 12/12 for 10 weeks is 840. 840 + 504= 1344 Hours per grow, so you really wouldnt want to use it for more then 8 grows. Now saying your swapping spectrums respectivly for veg and flowering then more math gets involved now im just ripped off some nice Hindu Kush and rambling
