200+watts CFL, Emerald Triangle Grapefruit Krush and Bag Diesel 4 wks into flower

how were the trich colors brother?
how are you doing that bed? did i miss your set-up some where along the read? i have fresh spring soil on my property that i know is rich, black goodness but i am not so sure i wanna put it in my house you know. i'm interested to see what you're doing.

trichs are mostly cloudy. probably some will go amber when its drying.

i didnt post anything about it so u didnt miss anything. i put it in the ground last spring at my parents house. its mostly for veggies maybe an autoflower or two (so the tomatoes dont die back before its harvest time, showing the goods off to the neighbors lol)

i dug about a foot deep and removed all the soil, i filled it back in with a shit ton of peat moss, manure and hummus, and top soil. then mulched the top with decomposing wood chips from the dump. i was a little new in the veggie growing world, and planted things too close. it was a fucking jungle hahah

my tomatoes were like 4.5 feet tall!

i had one autoflower in there, which i started outside (now i know better) it didnt even get over 6 inches tall until wabbit ate it... ignore all my delicious tomatoes and cucumbers and only ate my little haze auto... i even asked my parents if they pulled it up, they didnt even know there was one there haha... which led to a very open conversation about growing pot, now here i am with a flowering plant in my closet!

sometimes i miss those highschool days when every ten minutes there was a screaming between me and my mom... theyve matured a lot lmao

the first picture is one of two fruit automatic from dinafem. i started them outside ... then they got bent over by the wind and stunted, only got about an eighth off both plants. the other two pics are my raised bed, as i said in an earlier post, i just put a layer of compost, then newspaper, then seaweed. gonna be verrry nice by spring

i'm new to growing too. this is the beginning of a great hobby. the mrs and her nephew are great gardeners but i know little to nothing about it.
hows the diesel?

waitin til 4 to open the closet.. wanna get the whole 24 hours of darkness... im kinda doubting there will be any difference..

hey whats up bong face and everyone? next week im gunna be putting one of my females in flower...I vegged with 200+wtts cfl(6500k) for flower I have 250+wtts(2700k) how far from the top of plant and around the sides should I have the lights...thanks for the info!! Fresh Smoke an Happy Trails

within a few inches. just experiment, adjust lights then check in an hour or two and see if its burning them

hello sir br0 u iz got very nice plants !! beatufilul plants all of dem my kwestion iz wat did u do to da stem iz u bendeded it ?iz u lst ?
cuz i had problem in tent da plant touch r00f of da tent and i couldnt bend it cuz too many buz on da cola was liek basball bat so it got light burneded

i lst'd like the first or second week, but the i just let it grow normally

well i chopped her up last night. ill show some pics of the drying buds later.

so i had a ball of scissor hash about the size of a skittle, aaand my mom threw it out this morning.. my fault for just leaving it on the, probably looked like a turd lol

... but dont worry, found that shit and smoked it hahahhah

i put the lights right up on them, i don't care if i buurn a few leaves, doesn't hurt anything and i know i have them close enough

so was there a noticeable difference?

nah not really, maybe if it was like 48-72 hours of complete darkness. but who has that patience??!! hahaha

yep so i guess the end of this thread is nearing... thinking about getting some virtual sun bubble bags, all the trim is in the freezer, ill post pics of the hash when it is made, probably a couple weeks

glad to hear this inspired you and ur grow! the same thing happened to me, i was always on riu and other forums and i was eventually like, "yeah, i can do that." and here i am lol.

the grapefruit krush yielded 20.5 grams dry. the diesel is still drying but i will update when i have a weight.

i feel like i could have let my grapefruit fatten/ripen up a little more. i was a little disappointed by the weight, and the trichomes look a little immature underneath the 30x scope. also the high is real energetic head high, but it seems to be lacking something, like an ingredient left out of a recipe or something hahah
