Checked it out and im subbed for sure!I finally got some pics of my setup if you wanna take a look
So far all i have is the sensi grow nutes and the bloom nutes both a & b of coarse. ya using full strength on both every watering??? so far i have no nute burn. during veg i stop giving grow nutes some times if they are growing to fast or show signs of stress, or they are my mothers. this is also my first time using sensi nutes. The mothers ive been doing every other watering some times less often. Im going to get some other nutes like over drive, bud blood, bud candy, great white, ya know those types. I need to go get some cal/mag, so far they look fine but i want to add a little to see how they act, im using 40% ish coco and 40% perlite with Black gold soil to fill and add some soil properties/nutes. Ill post some pics tomorrow of the ak's and the other plants i moved into Flower, they are HUGE, my roommate was laughing cause he has 10 ak's in his little closet under 2 400W hps's and i couldn't even fit 2 of my plants in his closet! they are about 2-3' wide now, and about 3-4' tall. They will probably grow another foot or two, hopefully not 2. Ill check your thread out too, im not too informed as this is only my 2nd real grow but i will help in any way i can. Ive learned everything from reading forums ( like 6 years now, its always been my dream ) and talking to people i know that grow and trying to perfect on other peoples ideas when i can.so you're going full strength, sensi a and b, and nothing else till flowering? then what are you feeding when you flower? i've got the AN 3 part and all their addatives, great white myco, hygrozyme and some botanicare sweet laying around and cal mag. i'm using RO water. I havn't fed them anything yet, got a little lumen shock moving under my MH like I mentioned earlier. any info would be great! please come checkout my journal and drop a pointer or two. my first time with AK 48 in soil. there's a bunch of pics there and I update regularly. Also do you scrape or use gel when you aero clone. some people say it doesn't make a difference but i beg to differ. I have a botanicare 165 site aero and it works great, have experimented alot with it including vegging a few plants for 2 months right there in the neoprene under 1 100w cfl, no nutes the whole time....should have taken pics. anyway. if you want pointers on the aero cloning thing let me know i'm 100%.
I would love any advice on cloning! First off what the fucks the deal with my stems always turning brown shiviling up and dieing, but the clone doesn't seem to die but i dont give them much time before i pull them out and replace them, usually after 10-15 days if theres no signs of root its garbage in my book. So far the supersonic mister thing really makes MOST clones root in about 3-5 days, well enough root to transfer to soil anyway and after a week or so they have little roots trying to come out the bottom of the little pots 3"x"3 ish??? But some just wont root, mostly its the PE and white widow we are having trouble with, maybe its just the strian im having issues with or maybe they need to be bigger? Tomorrow or whenever i think they are big enough im taking some critical + and cloud 9 clones also we'll see how they go..... So far my water temps are around 75/ room temp. The mister and pump dont really heat up the water, i do have about 5-7 gallons of water in it though. Im using just plain tap water, when i get a little bit of money im going to get some rooting hormo stuff and see if that helps, im using some earth juice gel rooting hormo as it was all the garden store had, they were sold out of olivias gel, so maybe its this all natural hippie crap lol. Oh ya i dont scrape my clones i cut them at and angle and split them in half just a little bit. So far the ak's and exile have no problems getting roots. Thats funny about the long no nutes veg. How'd the take that? Lots of yellowing? ive noticed my clones get yellow as soon as they start to grow roots like they are needing the nutes.
ill check out your journal also, i love the ak and the way it grows its awesome!
