2009 cannabis cup

whats up all. i've been looking for some info on this years cc. i plan on making it this year. does anyone here have any info on the cup this year? who to go trough? where to stay? how much $ does the the weed cost in amsterdam nowa days? my buddys go just about every other year, but they spend big $ (dam rich guys, thier advice was bring allot of $), and i wanna keep this vaca under 3500. any info is appriciated, and thanks in advance
