Yes thats the only light i use at this moment! I have 3 big flowering plants and 3 from seed.

This is my first time indoor growing so idk about yeilds but the two bugger plants already have 3 in main colas and the smaller on has two main colas 3in long

Nice plants bro!!! I think I'll visit Home Depot tomorrow!!! If I did go CFL, what would best for 2-3 plants 12-12 from seed? I'm trying to get best yield I can with the least amount of lights being used.

How about 4 reflectors ($15ea) and 4 60w or more bulbs. That would get you 240w for about 150 maybe. haha well maybe at that price u should just get a 250w hps or CMH

ahaha thanks, and yeh im still using cfl's and they look more bluish because of the flash from my iphone i think and the colas so fat because remember i topped and got 2 buds at the top and they look like they are 1

I have a huge grow room its a spare bedroom in my house 11x11 with a 3x3 closet i could use for veg, i could actually use a hps light in it for flowering but i live in a small town of 1500 people were everyone knows me. Which makes me a little nervouse to go big!! This is my first indoor grow and if it goes sucsessfull and i can make a little money from it eventually i will go bigger but with the setup i have now my electric bill hardly raised at all my last bill was $25. i love in a 3 bedroom house by myself so i dont use much electricity anyways. So in the future, after im done with court and not on probation or anything what light and balast system would be best for me to purchase. i dont want to do a sea of green or anything that big just have maybe 5 flowering but with big yeilds.

Prolly 600 watt HPS is a good bet. Not too big so it won't give you a massive power bill, but still can pull in 12 zips a harvest give or take a few zips.
